Consultation requires a short-lived human-issued bearer credential. Public town
and plan reads do not. This is not unrestricted access to billing or subscribers.
Do not include credentials in URLs. Do not infer a customer's identity from an
AI agent's IP. A request or quoted price is not a confirmed installation booking.

Public MCP uses Streamable HTTP, protocol 2025-11-25, no credential. It only
reads public data and prepares non-submitted enquiry links. Contact details are
not accepted in public API URLs. Humans review the current plan, address and
contacts and pass CAPTCHA before submitting the existing enquiry form.

`checked_at` is the catalogue read time, not the price-change date. Installation
and contract terms marked null are unknown, not free. Read each plan's traffic
policy: limited1 includes 600 GB/month and limited2 includes 1500 GB/month;
access stops after the allowance is exhausted. unlimited1 through unlimited5
have unlimited traffic. All current prices and payment amounts are EUR. Only plans whose support
flags are true include priority fault support and personal service; no response
deadline is promised. IPTV service is not included. Check exact address coverage.
