Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations we are searching qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

* Answering all incoming calls and queries from clients and providing highest level of customer support via telephone and e-mail.
* Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns.
* Provide detailed information about our products and services.
*Handle customer requests submitted by phone, e-mail, web-forms or other support tools


Skills & Qualifications:
*Good level of English 
*Great communication skills
*Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach
*Abilities for prioritization
*Ability to work under pressure 


Advantages:
*University degree in IT field
*Good knowledge of network devices like switches, routers,RouterBoards,Wireless access points
*Understanding of  LAN/WAN/DMZ concepts,subnetting, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP,(NAT/ACL rules)
*Understanding of TCP/IP networking
*Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux/RouterOS and basic network management commands
